My Story

Since I was 18 years old, I believed there was a bigger life waiting for me.

For 13 years, I invested in becoming a better version of myself through seminars, audiobooks, motivational programs, vision boards, goal setting, and personal development. I often say I have only one addiction: learning. I don't smoke, I don't drink. I simply love to learn, grow, and understand more.

I also have a deep passion for finance, business, and money — how money works, grows, and can be used to build something meaningful.

And yes, I love money, but I control money. I don't let money control me.

As a Christian, I believe money itself is not evil. First Timothy 6:10 warns about the love of money and what it can produce when it controls the heart. To me, money is a tool that can provide for families, create opportunities, build businesses, and help others. Money has a place in my life, but it will never take God's place.

I am a Christian, a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, and a mother of three. I truly believe that without my Father above, I would not be where I am today.

Despite years of motivation, determination, and personal development, I still felt I had not reached the breakthrough I was working toward.

Then I went through a difficult separation.

What affected me most was seeing children impacted by circumstances they did not choose. But I decided that one difficult chapter would not determine the rest of my life.

During that season, Cliffson Jean Paul became my mentor. His mentorship helped me turn years of learning, ambition, and ideas into clearer direction and action.

That experience taught me that difficult seasons can sometimes push us toward growth we could not see at the time.

Today, I thank God for another opportunity to learn, grow, build, and serve through Lynn Prime Inc.

I have learned to look at life's challenges differently.

"When life gives you lemons, don't spend all of your energy complaining about how sour they are. Pick them up. Squeeze them. Then make the freshest, sweetest lemonade you possibly can."

Professional Background

As an IRS Enrolled Agent, I am federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

My professional experience includes individual and business taxation, business formation, accounting systems, financial organization, and helping entrepreneurs establish stronger foundations for long-term growth.

But I do not believe professional service should end with completing paperwork, filing a return, establishing a business, or resolving one immediate issue. Information is important. Understanding is even more powerful.

I want my clients to understand the decisions they are making, the options available to them, the risks they should consider, and the opportunities they may not yet recognize. I want people to leave a conversation with me knowing more than they knew when they entered it.

My goal is to combine technical knowledge with education, strategy, accountability, and practical guidance so the people I serve can make stronger decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

I am not interested in simply completing transactions. I want to help people understand what they are building and why.

03

Education & Continued Growth

If I encourage other people to grow, I must remain committed to growing myself.

I hold both an Associate degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. But I do not consider my education finished.

My long-term educational goals include pursuing an MBA, earning my CPA designation, and eventually attending law school. As I continue building my professional knowledge, I intend to deepen my understanding in areas including asset protection, taxation, and immigration.

These goals are not about collecting titles, degrees, or letters after my name. Knowledge means very little to me if I cannot use it to create value for someone else.

My purpose in continuing my education is to become increasingly equipped to educate, guide, strategize, identify risks, recognize opportunities, and develop meaningful solutions for the people who trust me.

I want every new level I reach professionally to expand the level at which I am capable of serving. The more I learn, the more useful I want that knowledge to become to someone else.

Why I Founded Lynn Prime Inc

I founded Lynn Prime Inc because my own journey taught me how valuable the right guidance can be.

For years, I studied people who achieved extraordinary things in business, sports, leadership, personal development, and other areas of life. And I kept noticing a pattern.

Successful people do not necessarily know everything themselves. They often have coaches, mentors, teachers, advisors, leaders, or trusted people around them who challenge their thinking, offer perspective, identify blind spots, and help them move forward.

That pattern became personal for me. For 13 years, I had motivation. I had dreams. I had vision boards. I had goals. I had positivity. I believed in myself. And yet I was still trying to figure out how to connect all of that potential to the results and life I envisioned.

The mentorship I eventually received helped me understand that sometimes the missing piece is not another motivational speech. Sometimes you need direction. Sometimes you need accountability. Sometimes you need another person who can recognize a blind spot you cannot see because you are standing too close to your own situation.

That realization became one of the foundations behind Lynn Prime Inc. I do not want to build a company that simply sells services. I want to build a community of growth-minded people who are hungry to improve their lives, build meaningful businesses, create opportunities, and become stronger versions of themselves.

I want people to have access to education, mentorship, coaching, strategy, accountability, professional resources, encouragement, and a community of people who genuinely want to see one another win.

You still have to do the work. Nobody can want your future more than you do. A mentor cannot live your life for you, make every decision for you, or guarantee your success. But the right guidance can help you recognize something sooner, avoid unnecessary mistakes, identify opportunities, challenge limiting thinking, and potentially shorten a learning curve that could otherwise take years.

"It took me 13 years to reach certain realizations. My hope is that what I learned can help someone else get there sooner."

Leadership, Humility, Purpose & Legacy

There are certain qualities I pray success never takes away from me: honesty, humility, integrity, compassion, gratitude, and respect for other human beings.

Humility matters deeply to me. I believe every person has value. A bank balance cannot tell me how important you are. Neither can a degree, job title, social class, business size, neighborhood, clothing label, car, accent, background, or professional status.

I never want success to convince me that I am better than another human being. The day success makes me arrogant — the day I begin looking down on people instead of looking for ways to lift people up — I will have lost touch with the purpose behind the success I wanted in the first place.

I want the way I treat people to reflect the way I would want someone to treat me and the people I love. That belief should show up in my character, my decisions, my business, and the way I lead.

My definition of success has also changed over the years. It is not simply an expensive car. It is not designer clothing. It is not looking wealthy. I am a simple woman with a much bigger definition of wealth.

Wealth, to me, is having the freedom and resources to respond when another human being needs help. It is seeing a family facing eviction and having the ability to step in. It is seeing someone fighting a serious illness and being able to provide meaningful support. It is knowing someone is recovering alone and being able to provide food, care, or assistance. It is seeing a church, community, or charitable organization struggling and being able to contribute.

It is being able to support meaningful work in Haiti and around the world. It is being able to give back to my parents in ways that once existed only in my imagination. And it is meeting a young girl who sees something possible in my journey and being able to take her hand, mentor her, teach her, encourage her, and help her discover the potential inside herself. That is success to me.

That is also why I believe we cannot treat time casually. We know the day we entered this world. None of us is promised a specific number of years after that.

There is a powerful idea that the cemetery may be one of the richest places on earth — not because of money buried there, but because of the unrealized potential taken there. Books that were never written. Songs that were never sung. Businesses that were never started. Ideas that were never developed. Dreams that were postponed until there was no more time to pursue them.

I do not want to reach the end of my life with the best version of me still unexplored. And I do not want that for the people around me. Start where you are. Use what you have. Learn what you need to learn. Ask for help when you need it. Take action while you still have the opportunity.

"My goal is not simply to leave this earth having accumulated possessions. I want to leave evidence that I was here because other people's lives became better."

06

My Promise to Every Client

When you work with me, I never want you to feel like another transaction, file number, payment, or name on a client list. You matter.

Whether you are forming your first business with limited resources or leading an established company, I will never measure your worth by the amount of money you have today. I believe people deserve to be treated the way I would want myself, my parents, my children, my family, and the people I love to be treated.

That means you can expect honesty from me. You can expect me to listen before making assumptions. You can expect me to communicate as clearly as I can, take your concerns seriously, and respect the trust you place in me.

I will never pretend to know something I do not know. I will give you honest guidance even when the honest answer may not be the answer you hoped to hear. And if something falls outside my knowledge, qualifications, or professional scope, integrity requires me to tell you that rather than pretending otherwise.

My goal is not to complete one service, collect a payment, and disappear. I want to build relationships with people I can watch grow, build, win, recover from setbacks, create opportunities, achieve goals, and change their families' futures.

I know what it feels like to believe there is another version of yourself somewhere inside of you while still trying to figure out how to reach that person. I also know that sometimes the chapter we would have chosen to erase becomes the chapter that reveals strength, possibility, and purpose we might never have discovered otherwise.

Life may give you something you never asked for. It may hurt. It may interrupt plans you thought were permanent. It may force you to rebuild something you never expected to lose. But you still have a choice about what comes next.

Take what life gives you. Learn from it. Grow through it. Squeeze every useful lesson out of it — and build something meaningful from what remains.

If my experience, education, mentorship, professional guidance, or the community I am building can help you recognize more of your potential and move toward your future with greater clarity, then part of my purpose is being fulfilled.

"You do not have to build your future alone."
